BOOKINGS

Our suites can be booked:

A €100 guarantee is customary on arrival. The amount will be refunded after check-up of the suite.

Minimum stay: it’s possible to rent a suite from the duration of 1 night.

CHECK-IN

  • We are on hand from 15h to 18h for a personal check-in with a short explanation

  • Will you be arriving at a different time or do you prefer to check in yourself at MAISON NATIONALE? Then use the access code we will email to you a few days prior to your arrival. This unique and personal code is also the sole access key to your suite during your stay.

CHECK-OUT

  • Prefer to check out personally? That is possible from 10h to 11h in the lobby (-1).

  • Sleep late and check out later? This too is negotiable if our bookings allow it. A modest supplement of €20 will be charged.

PAYMENT

  • MAISON NATIONALE accepts cash or credit cards. We accept the following bank cards: VISA, MasterCard, Maestro or Bancontact.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

  • Tram line 4 and 12 take you directly to MAISON NATIONALE’s door (stop: Sint-Andries) and line 12 has a direct connection to Antwerp’s central station.

  • Metro lines 3, 5, 9 and 15 go from the station to the Groenplaats (a 5 minute walk from MAISON NATIONALE).

PARKING

PETS

  • Pets are not allowed at MAISON NATIONALE. Thank you for your understanding.

SUPERMARKET

  • Warm and cold drinks are available in your suite. Extra supplies are available from the supermarket directly opposite MAISON NATIONALE.

CHILDREN

  • A cot and high chair are freely available on request.

NIGHT NOISE

  • Are you looking forward to a relaxed stay in Antwerp and a refreshing night’s rest in your kingsize bed? After 22h, please take it easy on the noise front, both inside and in front of the hotel.

 BREAKFAST

  • At a walking distance from MAISON NATIONALE you can have a delicious breakfast (€  19,50 p.p.) at Bistro Theo, open every day, as from 9 AM, on Sunday as from 10 PM.

  • Tables to be reserved on Booking.

  • If you wish to have breakfast before 9AM, please let us know (24h in advance) we’ll be happy to serve you an alternative breakfast in the room.


IRONING

  • So annoying when you have travel creases in your nicest outfit. Feel free to use our iron and ironing board (on request).
